Great experience
Everyone is friendly and professional. Every question I ask about my hearing is answered. If I have to reschedule an appointment, they try their best to make it work. I love the staff and their location.
Their was a miss understanding. When I called three ago I was told to go the the door on 13th Street. But Katy came out to find me when I did not answer my phone. Katy was very nice and helpful by making sure I got water, and my color in my face come back.
