I wish I could give Lalsa more than 5 stars!! Lalsa has provided very personal care. She fitted me with my first hearing aids in July of 2025 and took the time to help me adapt to this new environment of hearing. She has never rushed me. I had issues with the ear molds and she made several adjustments. In particular, one mold was 'adjusted' a couple of times and replaced twice with the final replacement being the answer! The personal service provided by the clinic is excellent and highly recommended. So much better than what you would get at a “big box” store.
Have used this company several times over the last year and their professionalism is above reproach. I would recommend them to anyone who is in doubt about their hearing status. They will tell you the honest truth (which is rare) in this current environment. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Give them a try and you won’t regret it.

Lalsa is an exceptionally competent audiologist whose primary objective is success with her patients. She was very patient, and pleasant, in getting my wife comfortable with her hearing aid. In my case, she properly fit moulded inserts for my musician's in-ear monitor earbuds where a complete acoustic seal is required in all jaw positions. None of the three prior audiologists who made moulds for me were successful, but Lalsa made three moulds in different jaw positions. Bottom line, she really knows what she's doing.
