Overall, a disappointing experience. This clinic is more expensive than others, yet the quality of care was subpar. I purchased premium Widex aids with custom tips that ended up being useless; when I requested more venting, the tips were butchered and left with sharp, uncomfortable edges. Furthermore, I spent three years complaining about the aids falling out while talking and eating, yet I was never told that retainers existed until I switched to a different clinic. I recently visited this Clinic to see if my hearing has deteriorated now that I’m a senior. I was greeted quickly and seen promptly. The audiologist was professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job of explaining the testing process and what it would identify. I left feeling I had been well taken care of.

I highly recommend AudioSense. They are very professional and proactive. I thought I had basic age-related hearing loss and it was their thorough and thoughtful assessment that identified a potentially more serious abnormality. The information was forwarded on to my family physician so further medical testing could be arranged. They were patient and kind in explaining things to me, and I am grateful for their knowledge and their careful and attentive work up. Thank you to the audiologists at the Yorkville AudioSense location... read more

My daughter and I recently visited Audio Sense for a hearing test and ear wax removal, and the experience was fantastic! The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Both the hearing test and the wax removal were done with great care, and we really appreciated how patient and thorough the team was—especially with my daughter. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and very welcoming... read more

I visited AudioSense recently and was truly impressed by the level of care I received. I booked a last-minute appointment, and they were able to accommodate me right away. A special shout-out to Maddie, the audiologist, who was super knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The entire team was friendly and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic!
