The atmosphere of the clinic is very comfortable. The receptionist, Natalie, is very warm and welcoming, and she is also wonderful with my daughter. Dr. Salima is professional and caring. I still remember the first time she adjusted the mapping for my daughter —it was so different from the previous mapping sessions. Right after the adjustment, I felt like my daughter suddenly became much more expressive. Dr. Salima continuously double-checks my daughter’s responses and carefully adjusts the stimulation levels to make sure th... read more

Highly recommend Audiosense. I have been to both the Toronto and Markham locations with my young children and the staff are all very professional. Nothing but good to say about them. We’ve met with Yazna who is very kind and a great Audiologist. Also met Dr. Salima Jiwani a few years ago with my son and she also was a pleasure to work with. We live far from both locations but it’s worth making the trip for quality services.

Overall, a disappointing experience. This clinic is more expensive than others, yet the quality of care was subpar. For premium prices, I expected a more professional experti... read more

I recently visited this Clinic to see if my hearing has deteriorated now that I’m a senior. I was greeted quickly and seen promptly. The audiologist was professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job of explaining the testing process and what it would identify. I left feeling I had been well taken care of.

I highly recommend AudioSense. They are very professional and proactive. I thought I had basic age-related hearing loss and it was their thorough and thoughtful assessment that identified a potentially more serious abnormality. The information was forwarded on to my family physician so further medical testing could be arranged. They were patient and kind in explaining things to me, and I am grateful for their knowledge and their careful and attentive work up. Thank you to the audiologists at the Yorkville AudioSense location... read more
