Did a hearing test to my baby boy. The service is just perfect. Lovely staff who are very supportive and friendly. Highly recommended!
I was so impress with my PhD trained Audiologist, Jazz at the Markham location. The testing and explanation of my hearing loss/Tinnitus by a subject matter expert was so appreciated. Jazz clearly laid out my treatment options and how they will impact quality of life and protect my hearing in the future. This is next level when it comes to hearing assessment. Honestly, I should be charged more for this1.5 hour consult/testing. I can't get an oil change for what I was charged. Thanks Jazz
Fantastic service. I had a badly impacted piece of ear wax that was distorting my hearing and increasing my tinnitus to almost unbearable levels. After a walk-in clinic Dr. was unable to remove it, I was able to get same day service here and Maddie did a fantastic job. To say I'm relieved would be an understatement. Staff are kind and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Went for a hearing test for the first time. The clinic was really cozy and I loved the atmosphere. Christine, the Audiologist was awesome! She's so patient and took the time to share my results and explain what was happening. She was very attentive and I felt heard. I didn't feel rushed at all, was very well taken care of! The entire experience was very pleasant and really calming. Would highly recommend and would come back for a wellness follow up.
I've been struggling with tinnitus, hyperacusis and other auditory symptoms since sustaining a recent concussion. The whole AudioSense team has been fantastic in assisting with my recovery. The audiologist I've been seeing, Maddie, has been incredibly helpful and kind throughout this whole process, going above and beyond to provide me with advice and several techniques to manage my symptoms. I'm very thankful for this clinic!
