Ordered a set of IEMs on the 6th, no update on tracking by the 14th, called, was advised they had simply not gotten around to shipping them; along with several other pairs waiting to be shipped. This is unacceptable, especially considering I had paid for express freight. Old mate on the phone then tried to tell me about some holiday in China, which I couldn't care less about. Purchased two products online from this store and both arrived around one month after ordering. I am very pleased with my purchases.
Such good support, service, price and range. A hidden gem thats worth the find. Will buy again!!!
I will not purchase anything from this store ever again. I purchased an SMSL DAC last year which developed and issue after a few months of use. I have attempted to contact the vendor via both phone and email multiple times over the past month for warranty support but both have gone unanswered. They have a great product line and even better prices but no aftersales support to speak of which leaves me out of pocket with a 6 month old DAC that does not work anymore. EDIT: To the owner: I posted my review to the correct shop.
