I was very impressed with the audiologist who was new to me. She showed genuine concern for the problems I am having. She spent a lot time to take care of the problems and reassured and encouraged me to come back in if further adjustments are needed. She is very knowledgeable about my hearing device. She was professional and friendly. The new girl at the front desk was also very friendly.
Will not answer phone. Have broken hearing aids. Next available appt over 10 days away to drop the hearing aids off for them to send them in for repair. Spent to much for this low customer service experience.

Lynn was very thorough in the testing of my hearing, and very sensitive as to the nature of my case. I appreciate the time she took with me.
