Lynn was very thorough in the testing of my hearing, and very sensitive as to the nature of my case. I appreciate the time she took with me.
It had been 3 years since I got my Phonak Hearing Aid in my Left Ear. I had noticed my hearing had gotten some worse. I was having to turn the volume from 0 to 2 to hear some conversations. I went to the Cape Girardeau Location of AudioNova for my latest hearing evaluation. Lynn Royer was very thorough and professional. The hearing tests revealed a further hearing loss in both ears. My hearing loves Audio Nova.
I had to caseload my appointment cause I didn't have the gas to go to my appointments but I plan on residues appointments cause they seem like they are very understanding that I had to reschedule my appointment
