Very competent and address all my concerns
The process was so easy and at first I was panicking with all the information it relatively became easy to understand the function and understanding their is a time process to get used to them when I got home after a few days I was able to relax more and read instructions to learn more about them the staff is incredibly nice
Michelle is patient and understand. Admitting I needed hearing aids was a big thing for me and she took her time, answered all my silly questions and made sure I left the office satisfied and comfortable.
Very friendly, professional environment. Attentive to my needs.
