Very professional help me out even gave me advice .
My wife saw Dr. Singer and purchased hearing aids. That part was good. However, she received inaccurate advice from the office to not put the purchase through insurance. This cost us significant time to try to fix and ultimately thousands of extra dollars which would have been reimbursed by our insurance provider. Check your insurance coverage before you go and be wary of the advice on this aspect.
