Everything went super, from the moment I walked into your office! I was greeted with smiles and made to feel comfortable, immediately. The Audiologist (Gabriella Ingrassia) was amazing. She was very professional in taking me through the process for the fitting of my first-time hearing aids, and was extremely patient working with me as a novice. All in all, mine was a very pleasant experience... and, I can hear!
I can’t believe this company has been hunting me down to go for an audio test. I told them my insurance info, they knew it doesn’t work with them, but still made me go up there wasting my afternoon to be sent home without audio test…
My visit today, May 14, 2026, was with Gabriella Ingrassia, Au.D. Dr. Infgrassia was extremely attentive, patient, and thorough during my annual audilogist exam. After the exam, she took the time to explain my results and provided constructive advice, to be on the safe side, of maintaining visiting another doctor to ensure the continued care of my ears.
