Update: Their customer service is amazing and they called and rectified my issue. Many Thanks to James. I had a Compustar Q9 system installed here. The installation itself was fine, but I’m disappointed with the lack of upfront information. Though, I refused the app feature because I didn’t want a subscription, and instead picked the $850 LCD remote thinking it would be an all-in-one replacement for my OEM fob.
