Met with Donna West-Davidson to have my out of warranty hearing aids checked. One only needed a replacement part but the other was not functioning. She explained the various options, including sending the one to a company that does out of warranty repairs. I was well pleased with her caring, personable and professional treatment of me.
In for supplies (batteries, etc.) and had my hearing aids cleaned and checked out. Donna was very helpful, thanks.
Donna was great to work with. She explained in great detail the process of testing, fitting, and all follow up. Would highly recommend them. I am now a customer as a result of her guidance and expertise.
