I can't imagine getting any better care anyplace. The staff are very professional and friendly. If you need help with your hearing, this is a great place to go. A+
I have been to the Bryn Mawr, PA, office of Audiometrics twice and have been delighted with the service and information I received. At my most recent visit, audiologist Donna West tested my hearing, cleaned my ear canals of wax, and suctioned out accumulated debris in my two hearing aids. She also explained options of the hearing aids that my original (and since then, ex-) agency had not gone over. Outstanding place for hearing and hearing aid services. Dr Isayev helped twice to keep my out-of-warranty hearing aids in operation for a minimal charge.
The Audiologist, Donna, was so kind and thorough. I am so grateful I listened to the recommendation I got to go to this location. They took their time, never once did I feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Highly recommend this location!
