Terrible service. I have tried to reach out for service and parts with no success for more than 1 month. Very sad to see a local company such as Audiometrics not caring about its customers.
Great service but beware of the disconnect between their billing department and their local business operations. I get an invoice usually 2 months after finance charges have already begun to accrue and their policy of charging a visit fee even if their technician can’t provide the service needed is maddening. They told me they would remove a charge but then doubled up charges on the next invoice. Summary: great service calibrating equipment over the past 8 years in my 4 hearing aid retail stores.
