Very professional adjustment of a refurbished hearing aid. Dr Robertson recommended that we send the hearing aid back to the manufacturer because it was under warranty. The hearing aid had been lost under snow for over 3 months, which is why she recommended sending it back for any needed repairs. It works very well now., at no cost since it was still under warranty!
Very friendly staff that made the venture more bearable than I expected. I am still in the beginning stages of getting used to the hearing aids.

I have been seeing DR Robinson for over two years. Not only does she have the overall knowledge with a degress, she has hearing loss herself. She was always helping me understand the emotional side of hearing loss, which having Blood cancer, made the issues even more interesting.
