My experience is quite disappointing having invested so much into hearing aids with Dr Robertson. My complaint revolves around the quality of the $3,000 I spent on each hearing aid (I needed 2), only to have the receiver cord break from regularly trying to get them to remain well set in my ears. I’ve had the hearing aids 3 years and it has happened 3 times, twice on one and once on the other. When it first happened, I brought it in and they replaced it. Exceeded expectations! Caring and oh so pleasant! I still need many additional visits, and I don't dread them because Dr. LAURA is professional, attentive, and very caring!
