After a poor experience with another audiologist I gave Chelsea a try. So much friendlier and she listened to my concerns. I left with a better feeling and new hearing aids ordered. I have them now and they work so much better for me.

For a first appointment i think everything was spectacular. The technician provided a very clear explaination of my hearing test from another doctor. We even figured out that my hearing loss goes back 50 years but was never addressed. I was also given a very clear understanding of my hearing aide options, cost and insurance coverage. Vrru mich pleased eith the services provided so far.
