I have been going to Audiology Providers for a little over a year now. Dr. Sargent and her staff have been outstanding. Dr. Sargent tested my hearing, fitted me for the proper hearing aids and explained everything thoroughly to me regarding my hearing loss. Audiology Providers is fortunate to have Dr. Jamie Sargent on staff. In my opinion, she is one of the finest Hearing healthcare professionals around. She is brilliant and has a wonderful personality.
I am a new patient here, and a brand new hearing aid user. I have hearing loss in the upper range. The staff are caring, engaged, know,edgable, and caring. Dr. Sargent was terrific. I had previously research costs for hearing aides and the ones recommended were in-line with average costs for hearing aides. The staff ensured I understood the costs, how my hearing aides work, and how to use them. They even called me the day after to see how I was doing. On or about June 5th, 2017 I had my hearing tested, with an in- network provider, Jamie Sargent dba Audiology Providers, PC. I was diagnosed with hearing loss, and prescribed to having hearing aids. My insurance coverage was researched and determined to be 100% coverage, up to a max of $3,000 per ear, or $6,000 for two, as I needed. Since the hearing aids recommended were $7,318, I was required to sign a financial responsibility agreement to pay the excess of the insurance coverage amount ($6,000).
