Dr. Rachel Marston was the third audiologist that met with to learn more about the various hearing aid companies. Before meeting with her, I had already done some research and had specific questions about several companies. Dr. Marston answered all my questions , but she provided some additional information, which helped me to-make my final decision. I can't possibly say enough good things about Dr. Marston! I got my hearing aids from a different audiologist and was miserable - they didn't fit well, had constant issues and it got to the point where I stopped wearing them. Then I went to Dr. Marston and she changed everything. After a thorough evaluation with the latest tech, she worked with the manufacturer to have my hearing aids completely rebuilt for a much better fit and sound quality.
