Although the staff are friendly, I did not find them to be helpful or knowledgeable. When I presented issues with my hearing aids, they couldn't understand or resolve the issue. The Bluetooth interface to my Samsung Galaxy 24+ did not work properly. Any calls received or videos sessions couldn't be heard, insufficient volume.
