As a former employee of Audiology Island, Just giving some insight. For any patients buying hearing aids for the first time at THIS facility, the service is exceptional in the beginning. It’s their way of getting you to buy their hearing aids to meet their monthly quota. After you become an established patient that now OWNS hearing aids from THIS office, your service will start to decrease. I've had a hearing problem for the longest,l finally went and saw Dr z at audiology island,after a complete exam,she recommended me for a pair of hearing aids to fit my needs, what a difference, 2 follow up visits were needed for adjustments,everyone there was courteous and professional, would highly recommend them

The staff and Doctors are wonderful. I went in for hearing aids and was given a few options without any pressure. I now have my hearing aids and the service and professionalism has been great. Looking forward to continue a relationship with the group.
