Totally a five star rating, both for service and for product. Candace Savage at Audiology Red Deer is a well educated, very experienced and excellent practitioner. She listened to my issues, reviewed my history, performed some extensive tests, and helped me select the best hearing aid for my personal situation after fully explaining my options. I made an appointment with Audiology for my husband and I to prove to my husband that he mumbles and that my hearing was fine, well surprise, his hearing is fine and I needed hearing aids!! (I still say he mumbles!) A big thank you to Candace who was so kind, gracious and helpful through the process of helping me to accept my hearing loss, getting the hearing aids, fitting and making sure that they were the right ones for me. I would highly recommend Candace and Audiology Innovations Red Deer!!
I received a hearing test at Audiology Innovations and decided to upgrade my hearing aids. Love them! They are so comfortable and easy to wear, I am so happy with them. Especially my family!!
