As a newcomer to Calgary (and Canada!) I found navigating healthcare providers challenging but Dr Scarff and her team have been truly outstanding. From my very first appointment they demonstrated the highest standard of care and have helped me navigate the process of trying and purchasing hearing aids. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for attentive and high-quality audiologist services.

Make sure to book with Natalia at the new Nw location. Dr. Carrie is amazing and truly just wants to help you. I cannot recommend this place enough. Every staff member is warm and welcoming.

We had such a great experience with Audiology Innovation. After trying another clinic previously and not being satisfied, coming here made a world of difference. They were incredibly professional and helpful in setting my husband up with his new hearing aids. What really stood out was their commitment to getting it right.
