I recently bought a new IPhone & couldn’t sync my hearing aids with the App. I had such wonderful service. Not only was the App synced with my hearing aids while I waited, the hearing aids were cleaned, new filters put on & some extra supplies were supplied- all free of charge! If I had a complaint it was the parking availability at the Mission Audiology place. And that’s not Audiology Innovations fault!
I stopped in at the Mission location briefly today for assistance with my hearing aid retention wires. One of my hearing aids has been feeling "loose", like it was going to fall out. Lucyna was very helpful and had me all fixed up in minutes. She fully replaced the retention wires, domes, and wax guards and then ensured both hearing aids fit properly and were comfortable. I have been see people/doctors at Audiology Innovation for over ten years. I was told by my family doctor to go and get my hearing tested by Dr. Scarff. Since then I have seen other Dr. at the clinic’s and everyone is so good at what they do and have helped me over the 10 years. Everyone is so friendly, very nice, and very helpful they all want the best for you the patient. I have over the years recommended Audiology Innovations to friends and family. Great people very nice clinic’s.
Had a bit of a problem so walked into the office (no appointment required) asking for help. Couldn’t have been helped any better.
As usual Lucyna Shelley couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful when I needed assistance regarding my hearing aides today. She is totally professional along with being knowledgeable about your products and kind and friendly. She is definitely an asset to the company!!!
