I have used this organization for several years and it was great. However, the office at the Mission location has presented as highly inconsistent in the last few months in providing timely follow up for my hearing issue and taking any responsibility when the new booking system deleted my last appointment. I am moving on.
Linda Vorster was excellent in both the time she took in testing my wife and myself as well as in answering a number of questions.
I had a very positive experience here. Lovely staff, very knowledgeable and caring. The hearing test was straight forward and offers a lot of insights. The opportunity to learn and try a hearing device, in additon to understanding healthy habits and cognitive exercises, was well worth the visit. 10/10.
Visiting Calgary and had an issue with my devices. Stopped at the Audiology Innovations 23rd Ave location & received professional, prompt & courteous service to resolve my problem. Thank you. I highly recommend this group without reservation.
