Had a fantastic hearing assessment and discussion about hearing aids for the near future. The technician was incredibly attentive and very clear. I found this organization to be highly professional and very organized. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Based on the reviews, I called to make an appointment for a hearing assessment. I was told that they were not in the business of hearing assessments but rather the care of hearing loss. Unless I could state that I had hearing loss and was interested in purchasing hearing aids, they would not be interested in performing a hearing assessment. It makes me wonder how they received so many 5 star reviews. It is not the clinic for me.
