Very thorough and knowledgeable. Nice folks.
Go somewhere else. I have gone here for hearing tests over the years. Then got hearing aids in Dec 2023, picked up in Jan 2024. Dr Sonnenburg did not explain anything - did not explain how to turn aids on and off, that volume was adjustable, that the hearing aids could be pared to my phone or that my hearing aids have an app that can be downloaded with lots of features and programs. I found all that information out from a friend who is deaf and who could tell I was struggling. I called the doctor's office three times to make... read more
Impressed with the Dr there. Of coarse Ms Judy was so patient with me. I kept missing my appointments. But, I got lucky because she was able to get me in 2 weeks earlier. They have the latest hearing aids. My insurance covered them totally. Thanks 🙏
