My hearing aid came apart and one of the pieces was gone. I told the receptionist about it. She scheduled me to come in at one and it was already 11:30. I saw another audiologist, she had the parts that were needed already on the desk. Ten minutes later I went on with my day. Mary was a great lady to work with; Kind and courteous.
It was fine but it would have been nice to test my hearing by emulating an even, like a basketball game, so I can see how well i hear with the hearing ingredients aid under those simulated conditions.
