Excellent and very comprehensive exam carried out by a competent audiologist. However, the assessment detailing the exam results was missing the audiogram--the most important part of the exam. When I called and asked for it, I was informed that the assessment i had received was the complete report--nothing was missing. This could not be true; the audiogram is required to correctly program your hearing aids. I called a second time and was told the same thing.
