Dr Jen Auer is very knowledgeable in her profession. She truly listens to the patient, guides, and gives suggestions on what can be done, but without pushing you into anything. She does thorough testing and even double checking if she thinks she missed something. She is the only one in the area that actually specializes in tinnitus. Highly recommend Dr Auer to anyone needing a true specialist for their hearing.
Dr. Auer's clinic is a welcoming and warm place to be. I came as an observation student and I saw how direct and caring she is with her clients. Dr. Auer is an honest and patient audiologist who listens deeply to her clients. Dr. Auer makes sure her clients understand their situations; she offers detailed information to clients about their disorders who may not learn such vital information in other settings. This clinic holds a lot of heart and I would recommend her to anyone in the Concord area.
