I took my son today to have his hearing test redone after being recommended at West Boca when he was born. My experience was great, from the front desk receptionist to Dr.Lindsay and the young lady that was with Dr.Lindsay were phenomenal! Very sweet, patient, and informative. Being a registered nurse/in the medical field myself.. I tend to overthink and worry! However, Dr.Lindsay made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. The worst!! Stay away from this location!! The doctor is horrible, nasty, unprofessional, nickel and dimes you for everything and doesn't help on top of that. Go somewhere else.

Jacqueline was an amazing worker, she didn’t have any opening to make an appointment but she still called me back when she had someone who canceled, an amazing person who really cares about helping people, when I came to the office she was actually helping me with my son and being so sweet, I honestly admire people like her, thank you Jacqueline for your help
Nice secretary but the dr h (forgot her name) was pretty nasty to me and my children. Maybe she was just having a hard day. We are not going back, either way.
