Audiology Associates of SFL have been my son’s audiologist since he was 19 days old & he is now 8! They guided us in the best way to navigate thru his hearing loss diagnosis and then some! They’ve been absolutely amazing for him and our family. Dr. Roberta Randel is my son’s favorite person - he tells everyone that she’s family to us! She always goes above & beyond. really not sure how they have any great reviews, they never answer the phones... you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. for working parents this does not work. i called them on every break i had for days and still only got a voicemail...
