The staff are so caring and have been so supportive through the process of my daughter getting hearing aides. The very first time I called I had so many questions and was devastated about my daughter needing hearing aides. I first visited Audiology Associates of Lancaster about a year ago. They were very professional and friendly. I was just not ready to admit I needed a hearing aid. There was no pressure to buy a hearing aid which I really appreciated. But several hearing aids were able to be tired and feature explained fully. Even though this experience isn’t something I relish having to have, the time, compassion and all around amazing service is welcomed.
