Aaron is great. Very helpful and thorough. Answers all my questions and accommodating with appointments.
Aaron was very diligent, making sure that my hearing aids worked before I left the office. This was a hearing aid purchased in GA that went awry here in VT. His office sent it back and fine tuned the replacement for me.
I always enjoy dealing with Aaron he's very helpful to correct problems with the Beltone app.
Very polite, helped me understand why I "thought" the hearing aid was pulling out some...and replaced the...what I call the "tether" strand that fits in the ear...that helped a lot.
So efficient … so personable … I recommend this practice to everyone. Aaron is great.
