My spouse's cochlear implant stopped working overnight. We usually use the Easton office with Dr. Waterman, whom we love. But her office wasn't open today. The Annapolis location was booked solid but made space to see us. Dr. Gilbert was fantastic! Kind, professional, thorough, and not only fixed the issue with his sound processer but cleaned it and fine tuned it so he can hear even better. I always have a pleasant visit at Audiology Associates in Annapolis, the visits are relax, informative, and my hearing aids are services. I have had zer problems wi my hearing aids. Everyone there is very pleasant.
I love this place. Everyone is exceptionally nice, friendly. I won’t go anywhere else
Very great experience! I have been coming here for the last 8 years for my daughter. Finally came to a conclusion on what to do and the place is very helpful very thorough and a very reassuring.
