AWFUL COMMUNICATION. We made an appointment for my son. It was 8 weeks out. They called with an opening for an earlier date and then canceled it that evening because the doctor would be out of the office. They then gave my original appointment to someone else and could not see us for another 6 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. They never even called to inform me of this, I had to call to confirm because I received an email less than 6 hours after they scheduled my appointment saying it was cancelled.
Wonderful customer service
My spouse's cochlear implant stopped working overnight. We usually use the Easton office with Dr. Waterman, whom we love. But her office wasn't open today. The Annapolis location was booked solid but made space to see us. Dr. Gilbert was fantastic! Kind, professional, thorough, and not only fixed the issue with his sound processer but cleaned it and fine tuned it so he can hear even better. I always have a pleasant visit at Audiology Associates in Annapolis, the visits are relax, informative, and my hearing aids are services. I have had zer problems wi my hearing aids. Everyone there is very pleasant.
