The associates and the doctor were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This office has a pleasant atmosphere which made my experience enjoyable, despite the circumstances. All of my questions were answered and now I am ready for the next step.
Dr. Gilbert and the front office do a great job of making every customer feel welcome. Getting hearing assistance is often life-changing. They explain every step to make the process easy and natural. They did a great job determining and implementing the right hearing solution for my situation.
Love this practice. Everyone I have ever dealt with works hard to make sure my hearing aids are doing what they are intended to do. I've been going to them for I guess 8 years now. Have never had an issue with their response to my concerns with the hearing aids.
