We had a wonderful experience with this center. That staff was incredibly kind, patient and professional with my dad. Dr. Gilbert is great! She is kind and very professional, she took the time to explain everything class and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of care and attention they provided truly made a difference for our family. We are so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent hearing care.

AWFUL COMMUNICATION. We made an appointment for my son. It was 8 weeks out. They called with an opening for an earlier date and then canceled it that evening because the doctor would be out of the office. They then gave my original appointment to someone else and could not see us for another 6 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. They never even called to inform me of this, I had to call to confirm because I received an email less than 6 hours after they scheduled my appointment saying it was cancelled.
