Awesome job! Dr. Kaplan did an amazing job of fitting me with new hearing aids. I have needed them since the mid 90's and now for the first time in years, I can hear clearly. They even put up with my substandard insurance and found a way to make it happen.
VERY disappointed. I have had some hearing loss since I was 20 years old and at age 65 decided I needed to establish my current baseline and determine if there has been further loss. They couldn't even clean the wax from my ears in order to perform tests! The service provider did not "like" to use the water and basin to clean ears, it was too inconvenient, so she used a suction device and was unable to dislodge the wax. So, she suggested I go to an ENT doctor to have them cleaned and then come back. WHAT?
