Getting an appointment was easy and quick.The receptionist was courteous and attentive. The audiologist, Dr. Logan Fraser, saw me on time as scheduled. Her mannerism and demeanor made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She made a thorough evaluation of my hearing aid and discovered a defect in my left hearing device. She made arrangements for its repair and a loaner hearing aid was programmed and given to me for temporary use. Now the clarity of my hearing is excellent. In my humble opinion this is outstanding service.
I have used this practice 4 times between 3 of my kids. 2 newborn screens (quick and easy!) And reoccurring ear infections in addition to a failed hear screen for my older daughter. Theyve always been quick to schedule, informative and responsive. So happy with the practice and the provider. Highly recommend.
What a great experience coming to this office. Dr Lindsey Dennison and Amanda as well as the staff are amazing. Was apprehensive about dealing with the hearing loss at first however, Dr Dennison answered all of my questions and really set me at easy with everything. Highly recommend this office and practice dealing with hearing issues.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Fraser. She was professional, listen to my concerns about my health, Explain test results, showed me results. A+ Rating😊
