Went in for supplies that were included in my renewal of service that I paid 405.50 on May 1, 2025. I needed new batteries but I had to make an appointment in order to receive batteries. I took off work for what should have been a drop by and pick up situation. When the doctor took me back, I was told it was time to upgrade as my aids were old and outdated.
