A software update for their system slowed things down a bit but Karen and Dawn did a fantastic job of fitting me with new hearing aids and getting all the paperwork done.
Audiologist Karen L listened carefully and was very thorough. I'm on a 30 day trial and have every hope that these hearing aids will improve my quality of life. I appreciate her knowledge and great customer service!
