I don’t even know where to begin! From calling to make an appointment, to getting an appointment within a week…it was the easiest experience! Unusual for a specialty clinic in NM! I was lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Thomas, who is one of the most amazing humans, ever! She is kind, considerate, compassionate, and supportive. Dr. Romero and her Staff are phenomenal. From the front desk young lady, to the hearing test technician to Dr. Romero. I highly recommend Audiology Associates for your hearing needs.
As a patient I never had a rude audiology Dr many years ago ,I had a very good out standing audiology Dr name Laura which she treated me good as a patient, but shes gone , deceased ,ever sents I try looking for a professional audiology Dr but its hard to find one now a days and i had bad experience at this audiology associates, I been threw some rude employees and Dr Thomas and Dr Romero are also rude by looking at there body languages and there behaviors, front deck also , I had purchased some low quality hearing aids from ... read more
