The place was nice, and clean. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and polite.
As a patient I never had a rude audiology Dr many years ago ,I had a very good out standing audiology Dr name Laura which she treated me good as a patient, but shes gone , deceased ,ever sents I try looking for a professional audiology Dr but its hard to find one now a days and i had bad experience at this audiology associates, I been threw some rude employees and Dr Thomas and Dr Romero are also rude by looking at there body languages and there behaviors, front deck also , I had purchased some low quality hearing aids from ... read more
Dr. Thomas was awesome! She explained everything in detail and was very helpful throughout. The staff was super friendly and the office comfortable. I highly recommend this practice anybody looking for assistance with their hearing.
This audiology associates is a bad experience I been threw and poor quality hearing aids they have and rude employees at this clinic, Dr Romero and Dr Thomas are very rude, especially the front desk also, never see a them happy ,they sold me some hearing aids and they have rechargeable issues ,also software issues ,it's a low quality hearing aids, imagine they jus stole $4000 from my insurance,its like a theive , they think my insurance is free money because I didn't pay nothing out of my pocket, I worked sents age 15 and I ... read more
Dr Romero and her staff are wonderful! Such a friendly office. I had been wearing hearing aids from Costco for 4 years & constantly had problems. After testing and consultation with Dr Romero I was fitted with new hearing aids. They are amazing! It’s made a positive impact on my life! I highly recommend Audiology Associates.
