This audiology associates is a bad experience I been threw and poor quality hearing aids they have and rude employees at this clinic, Dr Romero and Dr Thomas are very rude, especially the front desk also, never see a them happy ,they sold me some hearing aids and they have rechargeable issues ,also software issues ,it's a low quality hearing aids, imagine they jus stole $4000 from my insurance,its like a theive , they think my insurance is free money because I didn't pay nothing out of my pocket, I worked sents age 15 and I ... read more
Dr Romero and her staff are wonderful! Such a friendly office. I had been wearing hearing aids from Costco for 4 years & constantly had problems. After testing and consultation with Dr Romero I was fitted with new hearing aids. They are amazing! It’s made a positive impact on my life! I highly recommend Audiology Associates.
While scheduling with them I had asked if there were going to be any co-pays. She said that everything would be billed out to your insurance. I made the appointment, took time off work, get there and they ask for payment before services! That would have been fine if they told me that on the phone, but to be deceitful right from the start I just turned and walked out.
Dr Romero is amazing! My auditory testing was extensive and comprehensive. After the exam Dr. Romero explained the results thoroughly and professionally without over simplifying. I highly recommend her and will be returning annually!
