Bait and switch. Promised Free batteries for the 3 year warranty period. 6 month to go and some non professional told me I only had 8 packs left. So happens that AA ran out of batteries (because of financial problems) and I had to purchase 8 packs before they could again supply my free ones. I gave the receipt to Susan ( who has since left) so as to receive those batteries after my free contract ran out . Now the rude person says that I only have 8 packs left. Mona always makes sure that we are very well taken care of. I have been there a few times and she really knows what she is doing. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Very knowledgeable and had great customer service. I highly recommend them!

I hate to admit it but the reviews are correct. No matter how many times I went back for adjustments they never got it right. After s few years of frustration, I gave up, stoped wearing the hearing aid they sold me and went to a better provider at a lower cost.

Literally the worst audiology provider. They provide inadequate and possibly negligent care. Their doctors are untrained and when I reached out the owner Dr. Marincovich he won't even return my calls or emails. Instead he sent a letter stating that he cannot help me. I paid $5K for a hearing aid that is at their office and I haven't been able to get back. STAY AWAY.
