Noemi the Office Administrator is The Best Ever. She made the whole experience from start to finish just perfect. Noemi took the pressure and stress away from me and managed the entire process. Margaret "Meg" Howard, the Hearing Aid Specialist is awesome! She takes her time with you and never rushes you and tweaks your hearing aids until they are the best that they can be. Excellent service and communication
Margaret Howard was my hearing aid specialist. She was very attentive and did a great job making sure my hearing aid was in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with the Loxahatchee's office and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends.
Was hesitant to use because it is a chain/franchise setup, but wow, was pleasantly surprised!!! Margaret (Meg) Howard was an amazing pro and very polite and patient with my husband, who is 93, gave best advice on what would be the best hearing aid for him and took her time explaining everything and creating a specialized ear mold so the new hearing aids would fit his ear and eliminate "feedback sounds". Meg is the BEST! I was very nervous getting hearing aids at my age. Meg was wonderful helping me through the process. She is very patient and knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone.
