Called HEAR AGAIN AMERICA to get a price on refurbishing my 8 yr. old Starkey hearing aids. The lady I talked to (MISTY) was nice and said they can send the hearing aids in for a complete work over for $362 each aid. I was satisfied and made an appt. near where I live. (My branch wasn’t open that day but their other office took my call.) When I took them in the price jumped to $600 each! Noemi the Office Administrator is The Best Ever. She made the whole experience from start to finish just perfect. Noemi took the pressure and stress away from me and managed the entire process. Margaret "Meg" Howard, the Hearing Aid Specialist is awesome! She takes her time with you and never rushes you and tweaks your hearing aids until they are the best that they can be. Excellent service and communication
Margaret Howard was my hearing aid specialist. She was very attentive and did a great job making sure my hearing aid was in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with the Loxahatchee's office and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends.
Was hesitant to use because it is a chain/franchise setup, but wow, was pleasantly surprised!!! Margaret (Meg) Howard was an amazing pro and very polite and patient with my husband, who is 93, gave best advice on what would be the best hearing aid for him and took her time explaining everything and creating a specialized ear mold so the new hearing aids would fit his ear and eliminate "feedback sounds".
