I was able to get an appointment quickly and for a time that worked for me. The office has friendly staff who are willing to help with my needs. They demonstrate excellence in work ethics.
Dr. Marissa is patient, kind and perceptive. Highly recommend her as an audiologist.
Went there to have a part replaced on my hearing aid because my dog chewed it up. They said it would cost $200 each to be replaced because the warrenty ran out 11 days ago. I decided to order the parts myself from Amazon. The part costs $59 on Amazon and it takes 15 seconds to replace. I won't be going back.
Dr Bethany is amazing. She was so patient with my nearly 90 year old mom.
