I regret to say that we did not have a pleasant experience here. The phone receptionist was very nice but our interaction with Erika was not. She seemed to be in a rush. The test was done quickly, we were told nothing was wrong like "its all in our head" and ushered out the door. There was no desire to help us find a solution for the problem we came with. I started losing my hearing 30 years ago when I lived in the Seattle area. As a result, I have seen many audiologists but none have been as professional, knowledgeable, or determined to improve my hearing experience as Erika has been. She and her team are so good and helpful at what they do. They are responsive and kind and solution-focused. What a wonderful "ear opening" experience wotking with AHAA. They have helped open a world of lost sounds. An element of my lile has been restored. As time goes by AHAA has continued to be available and by my side throughout my life journey
