First visit felt very comfortable and inviting. Asked questions about me and what my needs are for better hearing. Explained about my hearing loss and how it can be improved with hearing aids. What options are available and what best for me. No pressure to make a quick decision but confidence in my decision. Excited to be fitted with the right aids to have better hearing. Dr Lindsey found my hearing after suffering from tinnitus for 13 years!! In 2011, I was diagnosed deaf in one ear due to the ringing in my ears (Tinnitus); this was confirmed again in 2024. I felt defeated, overwhelmed and dare I say depressed. After setting an appointment by phone with Audiology Always to discuss Lenire, I arrived and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner.
