had to get a hearing aid adjustment the staff was friendly and efficient as always.Got me right in and taken care of .very efficient
My experience with Audiology Always was very positive. Jessica was very polite and listened to my problem, which was mainly ear wax. After removal of wax ,she administered a hearing test and found my hearing was not as good as it should be. I will contact her when I am ready to take the next step to explore aids. Thank you for your kindness and courtesy.
First visit felt very comfortable and inviting. Asked questions about me and what my needs are for better hearing. Explained about my hearing loss and how it can be improved with hearing aids. What options are available and what best for me. No pressure to make a quick decision but confidence in my decision. Excited to be fitted with the right aids to have better hearing.
