Great experience with Audiology Aways!! Kind, compassionate and thorough. Took the time needed to make things clear for techno-challenged guy like me. Dr.Lindsey was really helpful and sorted out my issues quickly and professionally .
Dr Lindsey found my hearing after suffering from tinnitus for 13 years!! In 2011, I was diagnosed deaf in one ear due to the ringing in my ears (Tinnitus); this was confirmed again in 2024. I felt defeated, overwhelmed and dare I say depressed. After setting an appointment by phone with Audiology Always to discuss Lenire, I arrived and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I was very worried about my hearing aids as I could not wake them up today. I had sweat a lot and they had moisture in them. I called the office and was told to com anytime and they would look at them. When I arrived Dr Lindsey Took my aids and in no time they were ready to go and I was hearing fine. Thank you Dr Lindsey for taking your time and fixing my aids, and at no cost. It just does not get any better than that!!
Dr. Shelly Zern was extremely nice. She explained everythingne f ore hand so I knew what to expect with my hearing test. I highly recommend this facility for all your hearing needs. Thanks to everyone there for helping me with my hearing needs.
