Sarah was very professional as well as welcoming.. Though I have had these hearing aides for 3 years (in Feb) she found that my wires were too short and they were not actually in my ear canal. Hearing better since she was able to adjust them. the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) was also very welcoming. Sandy
