Always a pleasure seeing Niels Mitchell. He listens and helps me make informed decisions. His assistant is helpful and very kind.
Overall, great experience for my audiology and ENT appt. The MA for the audiologist was super friendly and welcoming. The audiologist herself was a little dry and could’ve been friendlier. But I always tell myself: “you never know what someone is going through” and don’t take it personally. Dr. Kaba was great, very thorough, but I wish I would have recorded what he told me; as it went in one ear and out the other. Lol! Pun totally intended!
