I was a new Gloucester resident and woke up one morning to find one of my hearing aids non-functioning! I sent an email to Audiology Offices, even though it was a Saturday, and the owner, Ann, responded immediately, and after hearing my issue, told me to come in anytime on Monday, and they would see me. I was seen shortly after I arrived, and the problem taken care of promptly!
