I had a wonderful experience at ASA. The doctor really listened and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly. The front desk and other staff members were so welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their practice!

The staff is amazing! My mother is 83 years old and very hard of hearing. This team of professionals really know their stuff. They all possess great communication skills and made her feel right at home. Everything was explained so that she understood all that was going on. I am very protective of her when we deal with anyone in the medical field because I know that many care providers don't communicate to hearing impaired patients directly. I highly recommend this group in Beaver. I went last year to get a baseline hearing test as I had turned the magic age of 60. I just had my annual hearing test this week and all continues to be good. Dr. Megan spent a considerable amount of time doing the appropriate testing and evaluations, reviewing the results, and answering my questions and concerns. I just love Dr Janelle! She spent so much time with me when I first had my hearing test last October and referred me to an ENT first before just setting me up for a hearing aid to see what was going on with me. I truly appreciated that she did that. I did have to end up seeing another specialist and they said that I did just need one hearing aid due to having Menieres Disease and I said that I was going to go to ASA.
