I accompanied my aunt to her appointments at Audiology Services of Iowa. Doug, Audiologist, is professional, pleasant, patient, helpful, respectful and made us feel comfortable. He bent over backwards to help my aunt get fitted and obtain the hearing device she needed. She walked out of his office so happy and so pleased with the product. Doug Leonard is a wise, well trained. knowledgeable audiologist involved in more than just putting a pair of hearing aids in your ears and sending out the door. The initial evaluation is complex. Fitting my hearing aids and teaching me how to care for and about my hearing aids AND a two week follow-up was scheduled a full day today. Thank you Doug
