We had AudioGuys install a front and rear dash cam in our 2023 Volvo XC60. Ian and Denny completed the installation efficiently, and the finished quality was excellent; only a couple of inches of wire was visible at the camera interfaces. Steve and his guys are awesome! My wife had a problem with a Uconnect system not working right in her Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a ton of OEM features on the radio screen (climate control, seat warmer, etc). The dealer couldn't help, but Steve knew the issue and installed a Sony system that kept all the OEM features in place plus features that made connecting and using my wife's phone much easier. What Steve put in is way better than what was in there from the factory and we love it!
Came in to have my 1991 Chevy Caprice, get installed, a remote start system with keyless entry and tint the windows. Steve and his crew are professionals and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier.
Awful experience, “Steve” terrible sales representative! Extremely aggressive and hostile on explaining services. Can’t give quotes over the phone? So simple and $140 an hour is madness and also implied earlier on phone could potential offer a flat rate. Ridiculous business. Ended up just installing my self due to having time!!
Steve was able to sit with me in my F150 tremor and understand what I was trying to accomplish. Take a good system and make it great. I was looking to enhance the system, not replace it. His methodical approach, recommended equipment (Alpine R series) and cost sensitive mindset was the experience I was hoping for. The vehicle was treated with care, and the upgraded speakers were installed cleanly and the system now sounds FANTASTIC. Stand up guy. Thanks to the AudioGuys team.
