Audiofi is hands down the best high end audio equipment store in Vancouver. Scot and team are super passionate and knowledgeable about the brands they carry. They carry some of the best high end audio equipment brands in the world. Personally I love that they carry amazing canadian companies such as Totem, BlueSound, NAD and Moon (sim audio). I had the pleasure of dealing with Philip & Perry Outstanding service! They are one of a kind. I definitely recommend them.
I bought a Project Debut Pro B turntable with the help from Philip. super nice service during the initial purchase. but within a couple years the TT had some issues and reached out to the store. Philip told me to bring it by and he had it fully serviced and repaired with no questions asked. back to listening to vinyl and sounding great. great service and super knowledgeable.
I bought a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze 50 speakers from Audiofi. My 16 yr ld son and I came twice to listen to them, get advice and compare them with other bookshelf speakers that we had been considering for a living room upgrade. The staff was super friendly and made time for us to audition the speakers in their beautiful showroom the first time even when we didn't have an appointment. That "set the hook" and we came back a week later with a set of music teed up to listen to and being more aware of the Monitor Audio brand.... read more
