I bought a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze 50 speakers from Audiofi. My 16 yr ld son and I came twice to listen to them, get advice and compare them with other bookshelf speakers that we had been considering for a living room upgrade. The staff was super friendly and made time for us to audition the speakers in their beautiful showroom the first time even when we didn't have an appointment. Very positive experience with Audiofi. We bought a turntable this weekend and Scott couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. They clearly have a real love of the products they carry, a strong customer service ethic and no pushy sales tactics (also gave me a reasonable trade in on my old unit). Would absolutely recommend.
We bought an "entry level" pair of speakers from Philip, for use with our TV, and are more than happy with the sound quality. Philip was happy to provide all the help we needed, and to pass on his depth of knowledge so that we could find just the speakers we were looking for.
This store and its employees are top notch. I had a warranty issue with a DAC that I purchased. Perry and Philip where instrumental in getting my warranty claim completed. Great communication the whole time. Thanks Perry and Philip, my DAC is working beautifully.
