This is a versatile audio shop that is current on cutting edge tech for consumers of video/audio and audiophiles alike. They know their stuff and stand by their products. I bought a great pair of KEF speakers there. There was a factory defect out of the box and they replaced it no questions asked and provided a loaner pair to boot. Nice guys who know their products and love quality.

This is a money hungry operation. To quote the owners email to me "we are in business to make money". Which is fine but they miss the mark on the customer service and human element of running a business. They have a take it or leave it attitude. Follow through takes forever. I literally had to text and email multiple times in order to get any kind of response. I felt my request for a 5.1 system was treated like a low priority. They also try to oversell you on stuff.
