What to say about AudioCity? How about perhaps the best customer service experience I have ever encountered? I’m a customer service freak, I rate customer service everywhere I encounter it. I’ve never experienced this level of detail and care in a for profit company… ever. Period. Don’t believe me? Order something and find out for yourself.
Audiocity is an amazing team that allowed me to pick the rims and tires for my truck with out any issues. I received my rims and tires fully mounted and ready to get them installed on my truck. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good set of wheeled for their ride.
I love the wire wheels but the only thing being truthful is that I had to tell the person's mounting the tires that it was taking a little longer than I expected but after I spoke with the mounter he made it up by quickly finishing up the job it was that a lot of shipments were coming in and they were unloading the rims and that postponed the mounting of my rims other than that they were very polite and courteous .
Rims came in quick. Got a great deal. Would definitely shop with them again. I even got a great deal on forged 24 in lexani rims
