Took a speaker here for warranty repair. Very professional, polite and quality service. Highly recommend these folks.
They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, superior customer service! Extremely fast repair, especially considering they had to order parts. What more could you ask for?!

Took a piece of gear in for a minor repair we were told it was covered by factory warranty only to find out that it wasn’t??? .. and was charged an exorbitant ant to fix without even asking us if we authorized the repair leaving us with no option other than paying to get our gear back. This place is sloppy, unethical and unprofessional. Do not use them.
