This review is of an online transaction. The product purchased exceeded half a ton and was freighted from another state. There were several issues that arose and each was handled with aplomb. ANYTIME anything made me uneasy Gideon was available, resolved it and put my mind at ease. Based on my experience he instilled total confidence and has earned my total trust. They are either out of business or want to be out of business. The intercom is inaudible no one answers the phone and no one is there, and there's no sign.

Contacted Audio Arts recently inquiring about a Linn Series 3 wireless speaker. Owner Gideon Schwarz could not have been more helpful. Not only did he promptly arrange a listening session of said speaker at his beautiful showroom in NYC, but he was able to procure and deliver it immediately, whereas most any other retailer would’ve taken months to do same. I have been a denizen of the high-end audio world for over 50 years but never before quite made it to the top.
