I met Gideon Schwartz of Audioarts at an audio show. Gideon was demonstrating Zellaton Plural Evo speakers and related equipment. I was not speaker shopping, and visited his room out of curiosity. I fell in love with the speakers. After a few days of close comparisons, I thought Gideon's set up outperformed (to my ears and taste) anything else I heard at the show at its price range and significantly above. This review is of an online transaction. The product purchased exceeded half a ton and was freighted from another state. There were several issues that arose and each was handled with aplomb. ANYTIME anything made me uneasy Gideon was available, resolved it and put my mind at ease. Based on my experience he instilled total confidence and has earned my total trust.
