Before today, my experience with this company had been great. Not only did Steve not want to honor a price that was previously quoted for minimal glue removal and new tint, he also handled the situation poorly customer service wise and walked off as if our business never mattered anyway. It’s unfortunate because we had been loyal customers for over 10 years and today, that all came to an end.
