2025 Tesla Model 3 Sub, DSP Amp & sound treatment Vinny was amazing! Met him for 5 mins and felt like I’ve known him for years. Unbelievable customer service. Shopped all over the Sacramento area and somehow ended up finding this shop in Vacaville. Vinny really took the time to listen to my needs and was very knowledgeable on Tesla’s. Business hours said it was open on google map . The front door was locked when i arrived. I looked through the glass window and saw an elderly man just standing around like he didn't see me at all. I'm assuming it was the boss that owns the place. Horrible Service! 👎
