Spoke to a member of staff about a delayed order who was then very sarcastic and rude about me taking it up with the delivery company. How unprofessional are you.
Professional, honest people working who are very helpful and have technical knowledge. There was a mix up with the order (which can happen) and Audio Volt's team were very quick to resolve - giving a painless experience. Would recommend to others to use as customer service has been very good!

BUYER BEWARE. Check carefully what you are paying. Recently I purchased a 4 speaker ceiling bundle. Two Masters and Two Slaves, the salesman gave me an additional discount as I decided to purchase a number of other items. All good so far. When the speakers arrived the Model Numbers on the boxes didn’t replicate the ones they were selling on the website (This made me concerned enough to check what had arrived). Very high quality equipment for a good price. Staff advised us last year on the perfect system for our pub. One year later and still very happy. Just bought a wireless microphone for the same system and it’s seamless. Buy quality and buy once 😁 we bought speakers, cables, mic & full system amp and happy with it all. Thanks Audio volt 👍
